Years back my beloved pet got sick and I brought her to animal emergency hospital. ... Everyone was so thoughtful towards me and my pet. I had to leave her there for the weekend and I was very distraught over this but they assured me she would be taken great care of. They gave me number to call at any time.. Each and every time I called Dr. Ruby and staff were so caring and compassionate . You could not ask for a better vet or staff... Thank you for taking such great care of my pet.
I couldn't be happier that I found you guys . First off the entire staff is completely amazing, kind, compassionate and full of information . Every thing was in place for my dog Bentley before we even got there when I had to rush him up there Thursday night for an emergency surgery . They took excellent care of my dog while he was there for 3 days , even though he is rather difficult sometimes . I have had a couple horrible experiences with emergency veterinarian hospitals but this was not one of those times. I took my Chinese shar-pei in because she was having fevers. The staff was super friendly even though it was very late at night, they greeted us right away. The veterinarian was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the breed. I explained to them that Cora is extremely neurotic and takes medicine for her anxiety and they were very understanding and patient with her. All in all this was the best experience... read more
All of the employees were very compassionate and understanding. Dr. King took her time to explain all of the options for my sweet, but very sick cat. Very friendly staff.
Took great care of my dog he had a blockage and they used their professional judgement called me in the middle of the night and said they would recommend surgery before morning. They made the right call and did it right before things would have gotten really bad. So thankful for them and their amazing staff.
