Get directionsDON’T MAKE MY MISTAKE!!! You will never forgive yourself, trust me I won’t. My baby was 8 years old and was transferred to this hospital for aid after a nose surgery (she was a pug). Our regular vet (who is amazing) had a oxygen tube placed in her nose while her swelling went down. On transfer to this hospital the line fell out. She was rushed inside and I was not allowed near her because of Covid. THEY NEVER PUT HER BREATHING TUBE BACK IN! Instead the put her in a “oxygen box”. Due to swelling she was unable to breathe. Ashley, I am very sorry for the loss of your baby Tika. I can assure you we did everything to provide quality care to Tika and a technician was by her side all night monitoring her oxygen levels. I also noticed you sent us a lovely email thank us for taking such good care of Tika especially during COVID. Our doctors and staff are dedicated to providing the best care possible to every patient that comes in. I would be happy to talk to you further about this. Please feel free to call me at 360-697-7771, Patty Selvidge.
Terrible experience with this clinic. They misdiagosned anal gland needing expression. They thought cancer. Took to another vet and dog just need anal gland expression and drain. Called them back to discuss misdiagnosis they said sorry. Take your animal anywhere else.

Hi Brent, wanted you to know I spoke with Hadley about her experience with Bonnie. I also had our medical director speak with Dr. Adams. I believe there was some misunderstanding in the communication, and we do apologize for that. In addition, we felt the "right thing to do", was to reimburse Hadley for the visit and exam fee she was charged. Thank you for bring this to my attention so I could resolve the issue all the way around.
They took a sensible responsible approach to rectify my dogs issue, and did not do unnecessary procedures that would have run up my bill. And treated my dog like she was the only one in the clinic when actually they were really busy.
MONEY HUNGRY place of establishment! my mother recently sent her dog there to recieve medical attention of a simple procedure. staff exaggerates situations more than needed. basically said the pet was gonna die if not left in there hands. on top it was thanksgiving and they did not even care about anything except for the money! insisted on keeping him for surgery. Finally decided to pick him up forming from all the bs. and the pet was totally fine! only thing wrong was he was stressed n drowsy from whatever they gave em! wil... read more

Hi Ryan, I'm truly sorry you feel that way. I will be reaching out to your mom to discuss. Brian did have a foreign body when presented which is very serious. Our goal at AETC is to provide the best possible care for our patients with kindness, compassionate and quality medicine.
This vet misdiagnosed our dog and we almost had to put our dog down. If we didn't get a second opinion, our dog would be dead. Not only did they give us false information, they made us pay a large bill and make our dog take a variety of medication that was not necessary. I do not recommend this place at all. They only care about money and are not willing to help. They scared us off and left us with pure agony.
I understand that this is an after hours emergency clinic and I understand that you can’t work for free but these people basically sat there and let my brothers dog die because he did not have the $5800 that they were going to charge him for a C-section. He had a sizable down payment but they wouldn’t allow him to make payments. They treated his dog as best as they could Without actually performing the surgery that she really needed. So this beautiful sweet kind dog and 4 to 8 of her puppies died. My vet over here on the east... read more
Do not take your pets here! My parents made the heartbreaking decision to finally put our family dog down, she had been battling cancer. Ridgetop was closed, so they ended up taking her to this deplorable place. These people had the audacity to take one look at her and assume it was a "mercy kill" for "an unwanted litter of puppies". I cannot express how inappropriate treating anyone this way is, much less making a brazenly ignorant comment toward emotionally vunerable people. A mass so large you couldn't see her internal o... read more
We had bad experience with Dr. Green, the owner. It was 2.5 months of agony for our family and particularly for our pet. When we took our dog, pure breed Doberman, with swollen bleeding nose to Dr. Green we assumed that he would alleviate dog's suffering. We were wrong. Dr. Green suspected the cause of the dog’s problem from the onset however, for 2.5 months he did nothing to help him. Instead, he put the dog through costly repetitive diagnostic tests. Neither he nor his staff did not even bother to inform us on the test res... read more

Dr. Green is not an owner or employee of Animal Emergency and Trauma Center. He leased office space for his internal medicine practice and has since relocated. We are very sorry you had this experience. Dave Burgess, DVM
