I am flabbergasted by a few negative reviews I just read! They are from a few years ago, but still.....We have used the Park Glen office for over 17 years and never had an experience like those described. The vets (especially Dr. Loveless and Dr. O'Gorman) are AMAZINGLY compassionate, understanding, knowledgeable, and the staff there are some of the kindest people I know! My daughter and I found a lost chocolate lab, and while we fell in love with Ms.Lola, we knew her real parents must be missing her. The staff at Park Glen were wrapping up their day but stayed late to help us find them and waited after hours for her parents to come get her. I was extremely impressed with their genuine care and extra efforts for a pup and people of which neither were existing clients. Fabulous humans. �

Thank you for making the process of sending our furbaby over the Rainbow Bridge a little less painful. We've never been through anything so difficult so we appreciate the compassion and patience explaining every step to us and giving us all the time we need to grieve and say good-bye. ��

The staff here is wonderful. For 15 years they took care of my beloved Labrador Baily..Yesterday they helped her over the Rainbow Bridge and also took care of me and my wife while we said goodbye to her. Thank you Dr. O'Gorman and all the staff. Your kindness and compassion will never be forgotten.
