I love these people. I recently had to put my 16 year old dog down and they were her vets the entire time she was here. I cannot say enough about this place, I love them!!
they would not look at my dog when my husband brought him in Saturday telling them that he could not pee. sunday he was so bad that he had to be taken to 2 emergency hospitals and have s specialist come in and do surgery because he had 10 stones in his system and more in his bladder
RecommendedMy pug Franky would not be here if it wasn't for Dr Kroeger, after he swallowed a mango pit(yes a full mango pit) and it was stuck in his intestines! Our family is so very very thankful for her and her team!

For last 12 years my beloved Buddy was under medical supervision in this clinic. On Aug. 05 , 2021 I called the clinic to ask if doctor can see him because he was not feeling well. I been told that they are staff short and there is no app. available that day.Next day I called again begin for app. received the same answer Look to me that after 12 years nobody find the time to see my dog.I try to call on Saturday but nobody answer. Our top priority is to provide exceptional care for our patients and excellent service to our clients.
A bit (a lot) irritated by my visit this morning. A 9am appointment for a 2 minute follow up booster jab, no vet required. I arrived on time. I sat in the waiting room with my dog for a full 20 minutes before a tech bothered to come out. Didn't even say hello, just grabbed my dog for the weigh in then took her back for the 1 min it took to jab her. Why was I left sitting there for 20 minutes?!
