They do not seem to care a about your time. Set appointment and you are waiting on average at least 30-1hr. Office staff seems to drop the ball quite often. Tend to think they care more about selling additional services and over charging, than just taking care of what is requested. Will say Dr. Arend is wonderful, Dr. Loveless is lacking in follow up and paying attention to concerns, and office staff... constantly apologizing for one thing or another. Think I will be taking my pets elsewhere.
