One of my very good friends brought her dog her to get groomed here. She expected to pick him up and take him home one happy and clean pup. Instead she had to go and say goodbye to her DEAD DOG who had his NECK BROKEN. My heart is breaking for her and her family’s loss of their sweet fur baby. This place should be SHUT DOWN. DOG MURDERERS!!!!

Death of a dog while in their care
Not me, but someone I know, recently took their dog there for routine grooming. Well, her fur baby didn’t make it. She ended up getting X-rays done on her fur baby and it was concluded that her fur baby was strangled/broken neck. She asked the owner for footage and the owner told her no. I will never recommend any animals going to this place. This isn’t the only issue that has occurred here.
So bad experience! My puppy stayed Animal House 16days for boarding. She came back home on February 11th, when she arrived home, she started to vomit and diarrheas. Next day, my daughter had same symptoms. They both have vomiting and diarrheas still now. It’s already 20th today. We went to children’s hospital 4 times. Doctor said there is a possibility of bacterial transmission, because my pet went to dog day care before. I cannot sleep every nights, my dog cannot control her poop. I have to clean her crate. I have been taking my Bichon for about 9years and I have never had a problem...this time I boarded her for 3 nights and day 4 she was groomed... when I picked her up and went home I noticed she was limping, I checked her paw but really didn't notice anything...That night she was restless and whinny neither her not I slept...The next morning I washed her paws because they had a really bad oder when I checked her back paws they were blood red and and really irritated and painful...I took her to the vet they told me she had an ... read more
The first few times our dog went to Animal House I assumed he enjoyed it. Recently he reportedly acted very out of character, which is concerning 1) because it was out of character and 2) because a few times I’ve had staff tell me they get a couple of dogs mixed up because of how similar they look. At any rate, after I picked him up last time, he appears to have markings from metal on his canine teeth. I can only assume he was trying to get out of the fence.
