They won’t brush out one or two mats and shave the dog no matter what you say. Showed ten pictures of what I wanted. Nope. And it is all cut different angles. Nothing lines up. And my one dog had a seizure there that never had a seizure before. I’m done.

I am extremely disappointed with our experiences at Animal House in Jacksonville. We have boarded our dog there twice, and both times he came home with serious health issues. After the first visit, he developed giardia and eye irritation. We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, assuming it was an unfortunate one-off situation. I had called and was going to make a appt was recommended to her. With her unprofessional way of dealing with people I dont think she needs to be in this field! After hearing how rude she was I decided not to godue to poor business ethnicity, She don’t know how to properly work with customers later on I found out that I knew someone that said they saw a dog die in the shop and one of the dogs had an allergic reaction on their face. I don’t know, sweetheart you got a lot of reviews and a lot of don’t recommend.

Took our dog there a couple years ago twice. The second time our dog tried to climb over my shoulder to get out of there when we dropped him off. When he got home he had a noticeable gouge under his right eye. Called the manager and he claimed it was allergies. Never went back! We go to Tina’s Dog Grooming in Hubert now! He loves the place and no noticeable allergies in the last couple of years!
My heart breaks for the family who lost their fur baby
My fur babies were at the facility this morning and it could have just as easily been one of them! Someones poor dog died here today due to a snapped neck. Disgusting.
Someone evil and sick must work here. Intentionally hurting dogs. 💔
One of my very good friends brought her dog her to get groomed here. She expected to pick him up and take him home one happy and clean pup. Instead she had to go and say goodbye to her DEAD DOG who had his NECK BROKEN. My heart is breaking for her and her family’s loss of their sweet fur baby. This place should be SHUT DOWN. DOG MURDERERS!!!!
