A bunch of money hungry individuals at this place. All they want is money. They really couldn’t give less of a single fuck about your pet. I brought my cat in on the brink of death and they refused to treat unless you pay ??. I was asked how much money I could spend to which I replied, All I own is $300. They came back with a bill of $299 lmfao. Saying “all we can do is waive the disposals fee” which is $10.50. I bet she doesn’t even have a pet. The careless look in their eyes are truly terrifying. I had a bad experience with one of your providers Brittany e thames she is racist once she found out that a black woman was the owner of that little cute Shih Tzu (Gucci) instead of those 2 Mexican girls she begin to not wanting to properly treat Gucci and she became so unprofessional towards me "black owner".. it took for the male doctor to come in and offer to help me she didn't want him to help me.. how I know because the walls are thin I heard her... date of events 1/21/2022

Called these people about a dog and said they couldn’t send more pictures of the dog because the manager wasn’t there but we could come look at it. Tell them we are very interested. Tell them they are on our way. Drive an hour and a half to come look at the dog and walk in to be told they had just sold it. BAD BUSINESS!! Called at 12:50 arrive at 3 and no dog. Asked to speak to a manager and get told one wasn’t there. Then get told that they needed a deposit to hold it. No one said a word about that when we called.

They only care about money. They talk at the tops of their voices. They have credit card machines in each exam room. They don’t care about animals. Go to Town and Country on Gravel Pit Road or, if they’re not open, Emergency Vets. This place will rob you blind and submit your animal to torture. Terrible place.

Don't go here. Especially if you have an animal that is having breathing issues, we were kept waiting over 30 mins and we just had to go somewhere else. I'm not sure if the vet is aware of this but it needs to be fixed urgently.

As a walk-in clinic we cannot always predict the wait-time though emergency cases take priority. We always try to communicate our wait times to the best of our ability. We appreciate you taking the time to reach out and are always open to feedback and suggestions.
Significantly over-charged a client of ours. Then made a poor decision re: medical care and ended up losing the patient. Office staff was rude when the bill and billing cycle were questioned. And by over-charged, I’ve had 2 vets in our area review the charges, laugh, and apologize that we were ripped off. If you’re in Hattiesburg, you can do much better than AMC.

I was really worried about my chihuahua yesterday after having 3 puppies and then no more after a few hours I took her to the animal medical center and they saved her and her 3 puppies that were stuck in there. I am so relieved. Fantastic!

We took our dog in in an emergent situation . They did nothing ro save him because we did not have cash or pet insurance , since my daughter fell ill and we have had mountimg bills . We offered payments instead we got ap summons for court , causing my daughter extra undue stess . I have never experienced such hostile business .
