We have had the worst experience with this clinic and will not be back. Our pup had to have emergency surgery last Sunday, we were told then we could call any time day or night to check in on him, we called Monday morning and I left 3 messages from 730-1045 and were told each time the dr was doing rounds they would call, they wouldnโt even give me an update from the night. Finally the receptionist looked at his chart and gave an update the last time we called and then the dr called at 12 and gave a completely different updat...ย read more

This place has a plethora of horrible reviews. Please take your pet anywhere but here. You will wind up owing thousands and often a dead pet to boot!!ย
I don't recommend it. My dog, Charlie, a male black mouth cur came in bleeding and gashed from a fight with another dog who came onto our property on December 1st, 2022. It was after hours, so our regular vet was closed. Three separate vet techs called him a "her" during our brief visit. Not to mention it was a two hour wait before we actually got to see the actual doctor. I realize it was after hours, but our bill was double what our vet would have charged. A bunch of money hungry individuals at this place. All they want is money. They really couldnโt give less of a single fuck about your pet. I brought my cat in on the brink of death and they refused to treat unless you pay ??. I was asked how much money I could spend to which I replied, All I own is $300. They came back with a bill of $299 lmfao. Saying โall we can do is waive the disposals feeโ which is $10.50. I bet she doesnโt even have a pet. The careless look in their eyes are truly terrifying. I had a bad experience with one of your providers Brittany e thames she is racist once she found out that a black woman was the owner of that little cute Shih Tzu (Gucci) instead of those 2 Mexican girls she begin to not wanting to properly treat Gucci and she became so unprofessional towards me "black owner".. it took for the male doctor to come in and offer to help me she didn't want him to help me.. how I know because the walls are thin I heard her... date of events 1/21/2022ย

Called these people about a dog and said they couldnโt send more pictures of the dog because the manager wasnโt there but we could come look at it. Tell them we are very interested. Tell them they are on our way. Drive an hour and a half to come look at the dog and walk in to be told they had just sold it. BAD BUSINESS!! Called at 12:50 arrive at 3 and no dog. Asked to speak to a manager and get told one wasnโt there. Then get told that they needed a deposit to hold it. No one said a word about that when we called.ย

They only care about money. They talk at the tops of their voices. They have credit card machines in each exam room. They donโt care about animals. Go to Town and Country on Gravel Pit Road or, if theyโre not open, Emergency Vets. This place will rob you blind and submit your animal to torture. Terrible place.ย
