This is our second time working with Ann, and we've been happy both times. She is thorough and walks you through the process.

Ann has expertise in tenancy-in-common loans so she was able to walk me through the loan process and ensure I submitted the right documents. I had some challenges because of having a trip planned right when we thought the home closing might happen and Ann was able to keep me updated the whole time I was traveling. I also give her great credit for having navigated the bank's requests, which were at times frustrating and slow. I thank her for getting me through it all and I'm sitting in my new home as I write this.
Ann and her team were terrific throughout the refi process. As many know, the volume of people refinancing has increased which slows down turnaround time. Ann proactively emailed updates which put me at ease. I highly recommend working with Ann!
