James Bruce and Anna Eng were exceptional to work with. Both worked hard to provide us the most favorable terms possible and were with us every step of the way. I cannot emphasize enough how responsive they were. It was such a great experience.
There was an error on the documents, the error was fixed and the docs re-sent to the title company but no one called the title company. A follow up call should have been made to explain the situation. I had to wait three hours to re-sign.
The Loan Officer was extremely attentive, replied to correspondence in a very prompt and courteous manner. I am more than pleased to say that my LO was excellent and very knowledgeable! I plan on referring any and ALL potential buyers/borrowers.

Ihsan was absolutely amazing. He was very responsive and would notify me immediately if documents were needed. I was able to move up my close date, which I was not sure if it was possible. Together, Ihsan and Anna made it a reality. They are great!
