One area that needs improvement is how to reach PM representatives by phone. Every time I needed a fast response I had to explain everything to someone new, or wait for a call back.
Anna Eng did an amazing job throughout the whole loan process! You can tell she treats it more than just a job, she actually cares about what she does and that specifically made such a positive impact with our experience throughout this. I love Pennymack, the staff are knowledgeable and efficient and they work with you to the end to insure success. “Sometimes they got on my nerves” sending the same things over and over. It was all for my good. I am so happy to have had them as my mortgage company to give me the house that I dreamed off.

Everyone we worked with was prompt and efficient. We’ve used pennymac for two home loans now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’re competitive and work hard to keep things moving. Because of their team and their ability to work efficiently we were ready to go after two weeks. We had a 28 day closing but it could have been done in closer to 20 days if we needed it to be; they’re just that easy and quick to work with. No complaints or hesitation to use them again should we need to.
Riham Willis and Anna Eng as well as the rest of the team that was involved did an excellent job getting to closing. They were professional as well as very good at communicating.
Great communication. Great at explaining what was needed. Some documents were requested multiple times. Overall all very satisfied.
