Spent little time with me and was not thorough. Was my first time for skin check and I was only given a cursory look. One place that I called to her attention was dismissed. Ended up needing Mohs and plastic surgery later/
Dr. McGuigan offered solutions for my skin problems, but I was rushed in and out the door so quickly I felt she was barely paying me any attention. She did not go into detail on anything and just seemed to want to get out as quick as possible. The staff was also very unfriendly, over the phone and in person. I won’t be returning.
Dr Gamber rushes patients and seems to want to get out of the exam room Asap.
I was 5 minutes early to my appointment and was seen by Lisa Laumann an entire hour late. She was fast to diagnose me and was even faster speaking. When I asked if she could take a look at a mole that had doubled in size, she responded, "I have another patient. We can look at it later." My face fell and she added, "This was just a spot check." I had to get a sitter for the appointment and came with a list of questions that went unanswered and left in tears of frustration. Do not recommend.
Dr. Roscoe was terrible. Did not do a full look. Only wanted to view a couple of spots I mentioned and rush out of the room. Have had a melanoma which means I need a thorough exam. His exam was anything but thorough. He is an embarrassment to the practice. Will NEVER return.
My teenager was a patient of Dr. McGuigan's. She seemed knowledgeable, but the wait times were so bad that, after 4 visits we found another dermatologist. It didn't matter whether we were the first appointment of the day or in the middle, she was always very late - average wait time 45 minutes. Once we came in and there was only one other patient, and we still waited 35 minutes. The front desk staff was rude and acted as if I was bothering them when I asked how much longer we'd have to wait.
No way would I recommend this office to anyone I know. The office staff is about the rudest it could be.
