Anthony & Sylvan built our swimming pool. Frank **, our project manager, was extremely helpful and courteous. He answered our endless questions. He stopped by the house many times to check on the progress. Lowell **, Start Up Tech, was very clear in his instructions about how to use the equipment and what was expected of us in the first 30 days. The office personnel were courteous and helpful. I never felt like I was not important to them. Thank you to everyone.

Anthony & Sylvan Pools closed the pool and they will be opening it again. It is still an ongoing work but it is a mixed feeling. There were a lot of problems communicating.

Graded our yard and put in from start to finish an in ground pool with amenities. . The subcontractors were top of the line. The project manager was let go by the company toward the end of the job so that caused some trouble in knowing who to go to for questions and answers. The salesman was knowledgeable and had worked in many positions in the pool industry so this was a big plus. He was extremely easy to work with. There were no hidden costs, everything was upfront.

I found Anthony & Sylvan through the internet. They installed a concrete mountain pond for us. Everyone that I interacted with was very polite, clever and seemed very knowledgeable. I told them what I wanted and pretty much got what I wanted. I'd definitely recommend them -- They were awesome!

We did talk to Anthony & Sylvan Pools. They came out and gave us an estimate in October or November of 2013 for pool installation. I thought they were fine. They ended up in the top three. I can say their salesman was very knowledgeable and it was in higher pressure situation which is nice. We were still actually undecided. I would definitely consider using them.

Anthony & Sylvan built a new concrete pool for me. The inside is blue, like a mass of blue water… It's like I'm in the ocean. The team was very courteous and polite. Even the people that did the work were very polite. They're great people. They've impressed me!

I got an estimate from Anthony & Sylvan Pools for swimming pool construction. We decided to go with someone else. The experience was okay, the guy seemed knowledgeable, I wasn't impressed with the presentation itself, because they didn't have booklets or pictures or son. But it was okay. They provided the quote during the appointment, the good thing was that they followed up, a few times afterwards.

Built an inground pool. . The initial contact person, was a salesman, who took the time to discuss options and actually layout several design options in our yard. He was the only salesman to do this (we talked to several companies) and it made our decision much easier because we could actually visualize the pool - to some extent. The project manager, although difficult to contact at times, was very mindful of safety issues and made sure that our pool was built to safety specifications.
