ANTHONY AND SYLVAN POOL COMPANY PUT AN INGROUND POOL AND SPA IN OUR BACK YARD. ANTHONY AND SYLVAN POOL COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB PUTTING OUR INGROUND POOL IN. THE SALESPERSON WAS HONEST AND MADE SUGGESTIONS TO US SO WE COULD MAKE SOUND DECISIONS.

I thought about getting a pool for about a year. I heard about your company from doing research online. It does have a spa and it is a triangle shape pool. I think it's 35 x 18. It is saltwater and it's heated with an auto cover. My favorite things are certainly the heat, saltwater, and the spa. I wanted to have my install done pretty simply with everything taken care of and chose to use Anthony & Sylvan for the whole pool install. However, I find it hard to get ahold of a lot of people. I have to do it in roundabout ways like texting the main guy that was on site for my pool dig to find out a number of other people. And when I left messages, they haven't gotten back to me. I'm still in the process of having different things fixed and done and I am halfway satisfied now with them.

We used Anthony & Sylvan to build a pool. They also did pool services such as sinkhole opening and closing, and repairs. I like the knowledge of the individual who came out and performed the service. I had a lot of questions about how to use the equipment and he gave me some tutorial and told me how to set a spa in the pool. They were also very responsive and did a good job.

We were looking at a variety of pool companies. We did our due diligence as to what the constraints were, what problems I had and how long has Anthony & Sylvan been in business. We ended going with them because they had been around for the longest time. They were one of the most expensive, but they had the fewer complaints. We initially used them for the construction of our pool and then, for sinkhole opening and closing and some maintenance. I found Anthony & Sylvan on HomeAdvisor and they were the only one that responded. I had them restore my pool. The people who closed my pool were really friendly and knowledgeable when it came to what I need to do for the pool opening for next year.

We have a free-form, in-ground concrete pool from Anthony & Sylvan. Their staff was good but there were some miscommunications and some things that still hasn't been taken care of so I'm still waiting for that to happen.

I've wanted a pool for many years and hired Anthony & Sylvan to put in a saltwater pool. It's a place for my friends to gather and we love sitting by the pool. Their people were great. Jeremy and I were texting back and forth and there was this constant communication which was good. Anytime that I needed anything, he stopped by. Anthony & Sylvan was awesome.

My first experience with Anthony & Sylvan was horrible. The first gentleman that contacted me said it would take approximately eight weeks and it was an easy thing. I was not happy with him. I kept on contacting him and I got very few emails from him. I was getting desperate. When I found out that he had not requested the permits, I contacted Anthony & Sylvan and they fixed that immediately. Anthony & Sylvan knows exactly that the first contact was not good.
