Replaced a cover for the drain.
My pool from Anthony & Sylvan is a free form, in-ground saltwater pool with a water feature. It's really pretty. However, we had some problems with the project team that the project manager was switched halfway through. The first project manager was excellent while the second was so green I had to interact with the manager instead of him. It was a little bit uncomfortable but we were still able to get what needed done. I've wanted a pool for fifteen years and now that I have one, I look forward to continued enjoyment of it.
Renovated my pool to a saltwater pool. It went great. I only had a 2 hr. window to have a renovation and they also showed me to run all the new equipment. The crew foreman was patient with me and made sure I knew how to use it. They were very professional. They also had to take out the original equipment and took it with them and they made it seem that the old equipment was never there. They also reminded me when the pool was originally done and they are very professional on keeping up with their clients.
We got a new pool installation with Anthony and Sylvan. It was a free-form, in-ground, concrete pool. I love the fact that it's saltwater. They had a good project manager. Their whole team was pretty responsive. The whole experience was more than we could have hoped for as far as the delivery time. It all worked out well.
Built an in ground concrete pool. The sales process was excellent; then the actual construction part began. Quickly the pool was excavated and the guniteapplied. Soon thereafter the tiles, coping plumbing and electric was completed. Then they disappeared for 4 weeks. Despite numerous calls to our construction manager, the next steps were not scheduled.
