Kristen in the Fairfield retail store is the best. I used to shop elsewhere, but I wouldn't go anywhere else for pool chemicals and supplies.
The plaster and flashing were completely redone. It looks much better. I coupled that with a new more efficient heater and went from almost never using the pool to using it several times a week.
When I called them, the designer came immediately on time. He was helpful. He knew what he was doing. He was very honest. He took his time. He was polite, courteous, and I just love him. His name is Michael **. I think he's a design coordinator. He told me what I had to have done. My problem was the tile in the pool was coming loose. And he had said that the mastic around the area between the copings and the deck had to be replaced. I'd absolutely recommend Anthony & Sylvan for pool renovations. My sales consultant Grant was very knowledgeable and helpful, and the project coordinators (Tom and Robin) were excellent. The project ended up ahead of schedule in terms of time and came in right on the quoted price. The coordination of the various phases and crews was very well orchestrated such that there was no wait-time in between. I am very pleased with the whole experience, and our pool looks fantastic! Ours is a 34yr old pool that needed a makeover. My husband wanted to fill it in to make a garden to my objections. After contacting Anthony & Sylvan, we were surprised the price was right. Even our old contract was honored. From the salesman to the crew, all were very professional. The work was done in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. We love our refurbished pool. Even my husband admits it was worth it. I kid him that we are swimming in his garden. I just wish the swimming season was longer.
Had our in-ground pool made by Anthony Pool. Co . 35 years ago redone; changed coping and tiles, resurfaced the pool, and replaced the skimmer system. Everything went very well from start to finish on schedule. We signed the contract last September before we had our pool closed for them to start the job after the Memorial Day of this year, so the seeds from maple trees and oak trees will not stain the newly redone pool, and also, they gave us 20% discount for paying the deposit last September.
