This was a complete overhaul of our 26 year old pool. All decking and coping was removed. All surface plumbing was replaced with new. Our diving board was removed, as was the tile and plaster. New tile and plaster were applied, New decking was installed with a raised area at the deep end of the pool to accommodate a 'sheer decent' waterfall which they installed. Our pool is rectangular. It does not have a spa but it's nice to relax in. My husband and I enjoy it. And I like it for my grandchildren and my children. It is a lot of work though. The project manager of Anthony & Sylvan was very good. He was excellent and was very responsive to any issues, questions & phone calls that I had. He got back to me very quickly and solved all the problems. I'd recommend them.
Anthony & Sylvan built our pool and this summer it'll be 29 years old. This last time was the second or third time that we have it renovated over the years, and it was great. We had Anthony & Sylvan to do our 10 x 10 in-ground concrete hot tub 13 years ago. They were able to accommodate my design features and what I was looking for, and it was put in on time. They did a nice job. The project manager was super and I enjoyed working with him in getting it all organized. The scheduling team was also right on the money. They resurfaced our 10' x 10' in ground hot tub that they installed about fourteen years ago and installed a new LED light. The salesman was excellent and the company performed the work above expectations – nice to have that happen once in a while.
Anthony Sylvan Pools installed a 25 by 45 free form in ground gunite pool for us over the summer. I had several other contractors bid the project for me, but Sylvan blew them away on pricing, they were basically half. We figured that since they were a big company and much less money we would have to put up with aggravation, but we were pleasantly surprised that there was none.
