Yes. Even though there were delays do to the virus, the team was very communicative with any concerns raised.
I would rate this a 3/4. While so much of the process was pretty clear and transparent, we were disappointed to have damaged property in the process. We had to overhaul our swing set and redo an area of our kitchen floor due to an electrical mishap. Also, we had agreed upon a certain height for our spa and they missed it by 8 inches and were only willing to refund us for the difference in materials.

The design, materials choices, and build were relatively seamless when I compare our build with other people building pools in the area. I appreciate the project plan I’m providing the transparency I like to know where we are in the process, and when I can expect crews at my location. The PM always had a can-do attitude.
