The quoted price was competitive and reasonable. The assigned PM is professional, very customer focused and committed to deliver the pool as promised. However, improvement is suggested to provide the subcons with latest up to date construction drawings as agreed with the customer (me) so mistakes, oversights and rework could have been avoided.
