Sylvan team did alot of work to help get pool finished within the dates discussed.
The project manager was phenomenal. The sales manager was rough around the edges.
From the initial meeting with Brian Montgomery to working with Tim Fournier, the pool experience was good. Anytime you build, there is stress involved, but Tim always showed up with a smile and explanation that made me feel that he would support us in each step of the build. We couldn't have had a better project manager than Tim. I believe he went above and beyond his job duties to help during the most stressful steps of the build. We are grateful to have worked with him.
I have recommended Sylvan to many of my friends in the past that resulted in a new pool sales by Sylvan. Extremely satisfied with pool over the many years.
We love our pool and spa!
