It took longer than we anticipated due to using subcontractors and some of the work not being done right.
I Anthony & Sylvan Pools referred to 2 people and 1 did not turn out well.
The main reason is that I did recommend them to one of my neighbors, and they had a terrible experience, and it made me look really bad.
Everything was fine except for the deck pour. It was a terrible job resulting in several cracks which will likely result in a warranty claim.
There customer service is very poor, they do not respond in a timely manor when there is an issue with the pool.
They will get the job done. I looked at several local, small pool construction companies, but ended up dropping them in favor of A&S. It was the right decision.
