We are somewhat happy with pool but have some unresolved issues. Could have also been better communication on some other things. I now believe we should have added lighting as well as a hose bib. I asked several times about these and was told not necessary. We now need to fix these issues. Also, we are very very very disappointed in your contractor R and R Irrigation. I had bad episodes throughout the entire installation process and even after the installation was completed.
No comment.
It took longer than we anticipated due to using subcontractors and some of the work not being done right.
I Anthony & Sylvan Pools referred to 2 people and 1 did not turn out well.
The main reason is that I did recommend them to one of my neighbors, and they had a terrible experience, and it made me look really bad.
Everything was fine except for the deck pour. It was a terrible job resulting in several cracks which will likely result in a warranty claim.
There customer service is very poor, they do not respond in a timely manor when there is an issue with the pool.
