I do and will tell people who built our pool. I am honest about our experience good and bad. Our neighbors saw our pool going in and inquired about our experience up to that point. We shared our likes and dislikes and the reason why we selected your company but we did recommend that they talk to multiple builders. Ultimately they went with another company.

They built a good product, however their after sales and warranty division leaves a lot to be desired. It has taken nearly two years to get them to send back the landscaper that did the hardscape and stone work to fix issues. And they have not fixed everything. I still have a drainage issue due to not pitching a strip drain(see below), and I told them several times about a faulty transformer for low voltage lines in my pavers that doesn't keep time(still not fixed). We are somewhat happy with pool but have some unresolved issues. Could have also been better communication on some other things. I now believe we should have added lighting as well as a hose bib. I asked several times about these and was told not necessary. We now need to fix these issues. Also, we are very very very disappointed in your contractor R and R Irrigation.
