The warranty process has been horrific with almost zero communication. If the rating was just on the build and process, my rating may be higher. My pool is less than 1 year old and we have been waiting for warranty to fix a significant leak for 2.5 months. You cannot collect 100k and then not follow up to ensure the product is functioning properly.

Although you built a quality pool, the lack of communication and follow through has been challenging.
The building process seems to go fine. Afterward, the warranty process, took them months to fix the things in the final stages. The freeze sweeper quit working and I called six different times and sent messages about it but no one got back to me. I did a referral online for a warranty and did not receive any feedback. I got a hold of the VP and he was very rude. Wasn't helpful until I told them that I got an attorney on the warranty, then somebody called me back.
