When you order something there should be a check-off list of things the person might need. When they came out there was a problem with the turn-off valves. There was a fence around it as the design recommended. He said I refused the $2500 upcharge for a feature having to do with my handicap, which I do not remember. I waited 3 weeks, and he never called me back. I had to reach out to get an estimate to get it done. I found someone to get it done.
The quality of the workmanship is excellent, but it took way longer than we thought it would. They need to provide a more realistic expectation of the duration of the project.
It was good overall.
we wanted to blend in the pool to the existing patio and deck and they were able to make it look like it was all done at the same time
Everyone we worked with was professional and kept us inform with every step. If I had questions they were quick to respond to me.
Excellent company, excellent job
They did a great job. Very nice design. Good project management and a good value.
