The designer of the pool, Bryan from Rea Road location, did a great job and was very helpful at several points during the process. Our project manager, Tanner Hoffman, also did great at filling us in on next steps and answering any questions we had. He also kept things moving along. Would recommend working with both of them.
We love our new pool.
Ultimately, our main PM was David Rodriguez. We can't say enough good things about David. We felt he really went above our expectations from start to finish. We thought, of course things would run smoothly with everything leading up to breaking ground, then fully expected delays and problems and lack of communication from that point forward. They were on time and on budget.
As far as the initial consultation, the installation, and the subcontractors they used, everyone was great. They were on time and did follow up. I was happy with that part. The only issue that I have is the lack of follow up I received after the construction has been completed. Due to issues with trying to get the county to do the final inspection, they are saying they are unable to do the final inspection due to Anthony and Sylvan's paperwork.
