They were amazing from beginning to end. The sales representative was very thorough and knowledgeable. There were no hidden agendas or costs, and everything was explained clearly. Tim, my project manager, was one of the best I've ever dealt with. This is not my first pool. He was amazing from the beginning to the end.

Overall the pool came out great. They were more expensive than others, but they were definitely more organized that the others I quoted. The crew had heart craftsmanship. The cleanup and disposal around the pool was not great in that I now have a plaster area in my lawn of about 1 ft square. More care could have been taken in the clean up efforts.
