It went very good. Their supervisor was very informative and kept us updated on every step. The attention to detail was excellent. The workers were very attentive and followed through on everything. They got here when they said they would and stayed until the job was done.
They started and completed the project within the timeline they specified and the quality of the workmanship is excellent.
They installed our pool 2 years ago and we've had 2 fabulous summer with it. There is a hot tub attachment with spillover, where the grout began to come loose from regular wear and tear. I called them and they said they were in the area and came out right away. They didn't charge us for it and it only took them about an hour to repair the grout.
Pool Installation. It was a very good service. They came out, explained everything, kept us appraised along the way, stayed on schedule and they did what they said they would do. They really made the whole process very easy and had good follow up after the service. The project manager, Ray Kennedy, was very attentive, courteous, respectful, and was able to answer all my questions.
They designed and built our inground pool. We had a project manager throughout the construction, and then a full instruction on how to use it. They delivered on everything they said they were going to. The project was actually completed ahead of schedule! I had a point of contact, but there are multiple people that I was able to reach if I have any needs. It was a fabulous experience, and I'm not easily impressed! Price was competitive and the quality is excellent! I have recommended them to neighbors.
Installed new pool. I thought it was outstanding I thing they did an amazing job. From the design to the install, there wasn't any surprises. I would encourage anyone to use them, they knew exactly what they were going. I really thought they were great and i was really impressed.
Pool renovation. Pebble tec and coping. It went well. We're very happy with it. The sales rep got out to our house promptly, he was very responsive. He gave me the quotes quickly. They all handled it wonderfully.
Pool Installation. They were very professional, always followed up with reports and photographs as to the progress of the pool installation. Their follow up after the service has also been excellent and they were there to answer any questions.
Installed a new pool. It went wonderful, I could not be happier. The design of the pool is great. The salesman wasn't pushy at all. The project manager was here everyday and happily answered all of our questions. The project coordinator was wonderful as well.
