We just knew we would get one, once we built the house. We had the pool built at the same time. I chose Anthony & Sylvan because our contractor referred them to us. My pool is a freeform with a spa. My favorite things about my pool is the added on spa. My contractor dealt with the pool, so we did not have too much contact with anyone. They exceeded all of my expectations.
The process went smoothly from start to finish, and communication was great.I have been wanting to get a pool for about 3 years. I heard about Anthony & Sylvan Pools from a neighbor. They gave us excellent service. We're just on the ball with everything. I loved that they had a manager assigned to us as well. Overall, it was just a great experience. We have been thinking about it for years, but seriously for a year before. We looked on Angie's list, and they had the best reviews. The experience was generally good, and Jeremy did a great job as a project manager. I've wanted a pool for a couple years. Neighbor recommendation. They set the expectations of what it would take to build the pool and there were no surprises. They executed as they said they would and delivered the pool on schedule. From friends and acquaintances I heard about Anthony and Sylvan. The largest complaint about pool companies is the communication. I can say that I had excellent communication throughout. Everything didn't happen as planned and that can be expected when dealing with independent contractors. Even if contractor didn't make it the day they said, I still had excellent communication from the A&S team. I've been looking for a pool for 6 months. We had been thinking about a swimming pool for 6 months. I did a google search and we chose them because they called us back. My pool is freeform with a spa. I love the look and how the color came out. I would like to recognize Mario. He was our project manager. I would say the responsiveness of the coordinators.
We had been thinking about it for three months. We have neighbors who have used them before. It is geometric and it does not have a spa. Everything about my pool is great. Michael Tuberville, our supervisor, and Ron Linn, our designer, provided exceptional service. They were wonderful. They met all of my expectations.
