Absolutely no communication , no one oversees the job , it took 8 times to get the rebar done and it's still of by 4 inches!!!
They talk a lot about customer service but don't provide it. The sub contract all aspects of project, even the start up. You really aren't hiring Anthony Sylvan just a bunch of subs that they don't have any control over. They also don't give signed lien releases after each phase as required by law. To get signed lien release had to threaten to turn them in to the state contractors board.
The concrete crew did NOT speak a word of English.
Once they are 2/3 thru and have most the money they drop the ball. And quit with any service to the customer
Except for a few minor delays from weather and the crews being behind at other projects causing us a day or two delay, our service was good. We are just getting started with our pool experience as far as actually using it so hopefully our experience will continue to be positive.

Was knowledge, couorteous and very professional. The quality of the product was great adn well priced.
customer service was non existent once the contract was sign. Communication was horrible, I had to contact the corporate office to get any answers or movement once the hole was dug. After sale I had to hire a contractor to fix equipment, because the a&s warranty techs sent out could not resolve my issues. (SWG issues) That being said no other company could match the price with upgrades that A&S quoted. The workmanship was great, it was the project management that was lacking.
