The sales representativewas very informativeand offeredserveral ideas. We signed a contract and in less than 2 weeks the crew arrived andfinished the job in 2 days.
Very informative and professional
Used Anthony Sylvan for our pool remodel project in 2016, everything seemed to be satisfactory. We developed deterioration of the pool finish within the warranty period which was pointed out to a company representative. We were told to close the pool due to the end of the season and the warranty would be honored and the pool would be looked at in spring when easier to evaluate with the water level lower. **UPDATE** 3/13/19: I received a phone call from Emma at Anthony & Sylvan Pools stating they are trying to improve any negative feedback posted online. She then stated that they were willing to offer me 2 free months of pool cleaning in exchange for me revising my online review to 5 stars. I immediately responded with absolutely not! There is absolutely no customer relationship , the saleman just promised a lot of possibilities and dates to sell and get the contract signed. So far nothing happened, if we knew that it wouldn't happen so soon, we would never sign the contract. They said that you can cancel it but you still have to pay for permit fees. ( which is unknown )
The "pebble tec" pool is good. I paid for a "Cool Deck". Thee deck was painted and it gets very hot. I complained but Anthony and Sylvian refused to correct the problem.
Absolutely no communication , no one oversees the job , it took 8 times to get the rebar done and it's still of by 4 inches!!!
