Caring and timely customer service; and the consistency to educate the customer. The service department has been responsive to my customer needs by scheduling appointment based on high demand needs such as indexing window function in inclement weather.
I recently purchased a 2015 Altima from Antwerpen Nissan in Clarksville, My salesman was Dion Smith, he helped me choose the best vehicle for my needs. He was knowledgeable of all Nissan products and extremely patient answering all my questions so I didn't feel pressured. By the time I drove off in my new vehicle I felt like a family member at Antwerpen's. I would highly recommend Dion to anyone who asked me about my experience at Antwerpen Nissan.
I felt like the staff handled the paperwork and the insurance company so I did not have to. I would gladly bring the car back for service if it needed it.
Had poor experiences in the past. My new 2015 NISSAN Sentra had issues, finally in 2016 Service worked out most of the issues but I will never buy a NISSAN Sentra again.
Went for oil change service. Waited for car in waiting area. Mike kept me informed of status of car waiting period was not long. Car was washed and vaccumed

The staff was ready when I arrived, courteous, professional and kept to their promised time line. I can't ask for much more. Car was returned in clean condition.
The workers here at this location are very professional and proficient. All four times that I have been here the service was superb and swift.
