First let me start by saying that I have purchased five Nissan’s since Antwerpen opened in Clarksville and have had all of them serviced there as well. In addition to my purchases, I have also recommended Antwerpen Nissan to family and friends. Imani was patient and helpful in finding the car I wanted. He gave me a tour of the facility after my purchase and even introduced me to the service manager to set an appointment for my first service.
Imani was very persistent with following up on my requests and I felt he was trustworthy. He did a great job answering all of my questions and making sure I had a pleasant and easy transaction.
I have been coming to this dealership for service for eight years now, even though I bought my car elsewhere. I wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else for service now. (I tried that once for a cheaper price on a routine oil change – big mistake.) This dealership has the best service department that I’ve ever experienced. I wrote the above review and have more to say about P.J. specifically: P.J. Domenicus used to be a Service Advisor at this facility years ago. Then he got promoted to Service Manager. I can’t say enough about P.J. He’s a great guy! Recently, when the shuttle driver was not available and I needed to get home, he drove the shuttle to accommodate me. Now that’s a really good manager, one who does whatever is necessary! Thanks P.J.
I had the best car buying experience at Antwerpen Nissan Clarksville. Imani and Scott made buying a new car actually enjoyable! Everyone was extremely helpful. I drove out of this dealership feeling wonderful about my purchase. I would refer anyone to visit Antwerpen Nissan. And Imani, I am glad you are no longer afraid of the "Small World" attraction at Disney World :)
Excellent service from the sales manager Scott and his team. They were friendly, cordial, fair and answered all my questions. Plus who can say no to free coffee :)
Imani was an excellent, friendly, and patient employee. I am not sure if it was because my car traded in was in bad shape, but the friendliness from others was uncomfortable. Regardless, all employees were still very professional to be fair. The prices were explained, but fees and pricing of different models of cars still didn't seem to make sense. Mike went out of his way to make this a smooth process for my father. Explained the features of the truck and was willing to work toward a fair price for the vehicle. In addition, Scott (finance) fully explained warranties and quickly processed the deal with a great attitude.
Dennis was very helpful answering all our questions about the Juke and accommodating multiple test drives. Scott got us through all the paperwork in a timely manner. Great experience from beginning to end. This is my third Nissan but first purchase at this dealer, I will recommend it to anyone interested in a Nissan. Thanks for all your help. Beth
