I was greated as soon as I drove up and the process was quick and timely This was my first time getting my car serviced. It was a painless process. My only concern was that my car was dirtier inside than when I took it in.

Courteous and comfortable The whole maintenance experience was professional, quick and courteous. The dealership has sent money saving coupons so my services were really reasonable. The waitng area was clean and workers spoke when walking through.
Went above and beyond....negative turned into positive Had some service issues but I can't say enough about Tim Shipe the Service Manager and how he went above and beyond to rectify the concerns. I am very thankful. Driving my car a lot for work and transporting my son as a single mom...it's nice to have peace of mind that my car is good to go and was well taken care of. Thank you!!!
