Awful repair work I have purchased 2 vehicles from Antwerpen, and had all of the service for both done by the Antwerpen Service Dept. Good and Bad, but won't go back Service is erratic - I've had good and bad service here. Don't expect much on Saturdays - they might be open but their "heavy duty" mechanics aren't in. Expect loaner cars only if you are a high spender or may potentially buy a new VW.
Stay Away! I purchased a used VW from Antwerpen prior to my move to Hawaii. They sold me a $900 anti-theft product that doesn't work here. Prior to purchase, I specifically asked if it worked in Hawaii, and they replied "absolutely". I even tried to cancel the product, prior to installation, but they said I couldn't- too late. A month after I arrived in Hawaii, I found out that the product is completely useless to me.
