Mid to fairland Antwerpen's personnel is very polite and the customer service is good. The cost of routine maintenance is expensive. Can cost $500 for oil change, spark plugs, engine flush. Be aware.

Friendly staff and prompt service. I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle back to Antwerpen Hyundai because the service I received was very prompt and the problem was corrected very quickly.
It matters to have a great service dept. Been to another Hyundai dealer within 3 miles of my home who doesn't care about the warranty of my car that was purchased from them. Purchased second Hyundai from Antwerpen which is 20 miles from home and will continue to use their facility to purchase and service my next Hyundai.
A good service experience except ... I brought my 2010 Sonata in to have repairs related to two recalls perfomed. Scheduling, drop off, pick up happened without a hitch. All indications are that the service was performed correctly. My only gripe is that my driver's seat had two small grease marks on it when I picked up the car.
Antwerpen Hyundai Catonsville (Baltimore), MD Rob (my salesman), Luis, Revae and Justin in Service are always AWESOME! They truly seem to enjoy what they do. I've always been greated with a smile and have never left feeling like I was just another "number" to them. Antwerpen Hyundai in Catonsville has earned my loyalty not only because I love my Veloster but mainly because of the people that they have employed there.
