Thanks to MoOM for helping us refinance our home loan! We appreciated the promptness of starting the loan process, the explanations and commitment to our loan. The only thing that could have gone smoother was a better “overall picture” of required items needed for a VA loan (we could have gotten those done much earlier in the loan process, instead of one at a time as a “oh now we need….”

Everything went smooth except a small issue at closing. The process was simple. The team was great. The app was extremely useful. I would have preferred a little more communication on status. I had to check in several times.

The delays such as the deed and water test could have been told to us at the beginning so we could finish it asap and not have the delays. We could have done that stuff right off the bat and got this done faster.
