Anwar was very helpful and answered my questions when I had them. Robert Wicklander on the other hand was not responsive at all to my calls and barely to mine or my realtor's email. The day of closing the messed up the credit amount that the seller's were giving me twice. Overall it wasn't a pleasant experience.

Communication was prompt, but it was never clear who to talk to about what. One point of contact would be best. During underwriting, the same information needed to be submitted multiple times. The application didn't include vital questions that would have made a significant difference in the process.

To wishy washy .Never could give a definite answer. EITHER GIVE A definite yes or a definite no. Waiting until last minute to give a desion. FELT LIKE A HOSTAGE. The decision could have been done early on. Left in limbo didn't know if I needed to pack or what until the day before closing. At least a two weak notice of either a heck yea or a heck no. Put in a bad position making me wait and not giving a decision until 24 hours before hand. Very disrespectful and not considerate of my time .

We tried a few times to get correspondence and advise regarding locking in an interest rate. I did not receive a call back for a couple of days and then was told that he would watch the rate and lock us in if it started to climb. We didn't hear anything else about interest rates until we were ready to close and were locked in almost half a point higher than we were wuoted when we inquired about locking in. Once we did not have to deal with Anwer Caliph, everything was fine. Anwar doesn’t listen to his clients. He overtalks them an doesn’t let them get a word in!
