The crew was fast, courteous, and worked hard. Our entire 2,171 sq foot roof was replaced in one day to include all the clean up of debris around the house. Our new roof looks amazing. The final inspector Antonio was extremely knowledgeable and was a pleasure to talk with. He answer all my questions and addressed any additional concerns in a very polite and professional manner. We had a pleasant experience with Apex roofing.

Very friendly staff; from initial contact with the sales consultants (Rick/Jeff/Derek), to the scheduling agent (Josie), to the crew on site and the final inspection (Antonio Argueta). He explained what was replaced with evidence of wind damage and deterioration and explained that the old substrate was no longer consistent with today’s code requirements, though they only replaced those that required it due to damage. The workmanship was professional and they did a good job. The weather caused some issues during the install with water intrusion, but I'm happy with the finished work. The rain caused cleanup to leave shingle dirt on the concrete. I pressure washed some of it after work. The alarm stopped working on one of the zones on Aug 22nd my guess is a wire was pierced by a nail or the board they replaced pulled it out.
