Antonio A [the quality control rep.] is really exceptional! He walked me threw everything. His skill and personal service goes above and beyond. But when signing the form about the quality of the roof I had to put question marks because I know nothing about what should have been done or if the workmanship is good. I will have to wait for the inspector to let me know if it is up to standards. I will give 5 stars after I know for sure that all is well. Thank you for your patience with me Antonio.

Recently I’ve had Apex replace my roof in Navarre, FL. Workers replaced roof in about 1.5 days starting at around 0530-1930. I’ve only rated so far work at 3 stars and will upgrade the rating when certain items I identified is fixed (sorry material damaged due to nails going through, corners of original gutters around house leaks most likely from caulking disbanding, old flashing in valley not replaced as explained to Apex that had a previous roof leak, fascia not completely attached and drooping several inches in valley a... read more

Missing camera from back corner of house. Ridge vent front of house too short. Missing drain pipe from gutter in front of house. Poor job of picking up nails and debris. Had to keep close eye on workers to make sure they taped all decking seams caught them trying to lay underlayment over garage without taping seams. Not happy with reinstallment of gutter guards will likely have to have them redone. Can’t give five star rating.

All of your employees are personable and helpful, when you are able to reach them. My whole roofing project started on February 7, 2022, and ended on July 27, 2022. I was patient though, and believe I got a great roof installed finally, and I hope it won’t leak! Antonio promised me he would come back and fix it if it did. Antonio and his crew are the hardest workers I have ever seen. Very dedicated, hard workers.

Lexi and Derek were great getting the process started. The crew showed up early in the morning and worked until the job was complete about 9pm. They did an excellent job cleaning up. Antonio was here on the day of the job then came back a couple days later to do the final inspection and made sure everything was right. We are very pleased with the job.
