My wife and I, Vernon ********* and Coleen *********, had our roof completely remodeled today, Jan.14th, 2021. Our home is located at ***********************, Ocala, Fl. 34480. The workers were very industrious, knowledgeable, efficient and extremely courteous! We are overwhelmingly pleased, pertaining to the excellent job, that they've done! I have already recommended at least one neighbor, to incorporate the service of Apex Roofing! Thanks again, for considering us!

Apex roofing and restoration were very nice, responsive, and down to earth. They were easy to talk to and got the ball rolling. I had a previous company that played games with me for months but not Apex. They got a lot done within the first week. I've had a few roofing companies come to my door being very pushy and basically like a sales person. I didn't get that feeling from them which is what I loved the most.

Apex was 10 star from the beginning. They handled the whole process from beginning to the end. Everyone involved was top notch. Was a pleasure to work with such great people. From start to finish, Apex Roofing and Restoration did a very professional and excellent job. Everything was done with NO problems whatsoever and their dealings with my insurance company, *********, was very smooth. I cannot say enough about them. Apex just completed our new roofing project and we were very satisfied. The crew was efficient and professional, easy to work with and showed up on time each day. Apex handled all insurance arrangements without any problems. I would highly recommend Apex for all your roofing needs.

Zero stars would be more appropriate. It took 9 months to complete my roof after the initial installation. Poor communication, sense of urgency, follow-up and accountability. Many neighbors also had roof replacements after a hurricane and had significantly better outcomes.

Horrible experience do not recommend.Initially, the company was communicative and quick to replace our roof. Shortly after, our main point of contact left, and communication completely broke down. Calls went unanswered and follow-up was extremely difficult.We later discovered two leaks caused by the roof replacement. It took months to address them, during which time interior water damage occurred. Don't hire them. I dont know any other way to stress this. ******** company, ******** customer service. Before my roof was i stalled there crew that dropped off the dumpster slammed into my garage door. Two months after installation they finally decide to invoice me but never replaced my garage door. They keep saying they will provide me with an update. Well update still hasn't came but they want their money for i stall.
