Sales team was nice and so were the folks collecting payment. Not a single roofer spoke English, but would communicate through grunts at my wife. I found extra pieces of flasching left scattered across my roof and an area where shingles were just mounded and caulked to the house - I took pictures and notified them a month ago, but nothing has been heard. This is the United States of America and the official language is English. First I must make it clear that I don't care what race or nationality contractors are, but Apex had a team of Hispanics replace my roof and I was not able to speak with them because none of them spoke a work of English. If I could have talked with them I could have told them that the fascia that they crumpled when they removed it was not suitable to be put back and that they had lost a piece of soffit which they needed to find or replace. Apex Roofing is a very well run company. I have been extremely pleased with their response within days of Hurricane Ian. My representative Brad Topham has gone out of his way to explain every step in the process. He is very knowledgeable about his trade and product and can be reached at any time to answer a question.
