A third party associate of APG&E came in to my business trying to give me a quote to switch over. She used her tablet to get my signature and give me a quote via email. What she instead did was start a contract without letting know and now I having to restart my contract with my original energy provider and have to the close the business and lose wages and possibly products until this is resolved.

I am extremely frustrated with the unreasonable increase in my energy bill. My bill doubled, and your claim that my energy usage also doubled is unacceptable and does not reflect my actual consumption. This same issue happened last year, which raises serious concerns about your billing practices.

Your historical pattern shows higher usage in the winter months, and the recent winter weather likely contributed to the increase, as heating systems use more electricity during extreme temperatures. I just signed up for new service. I was told no delivery charges and my first bill had delivery charges. I don't want to here a third party sold me this plan. No matter whom I talk to they represent APG&E and there should be accountability. So tired of rich corporations ripping off the poor. I was told no delivery charges and that's what I want. No exceptions.

Beware that AP Gas and Electric will not use Autopay for a final bill when you leave them for another electric provider. 11 months of autopay, no problem. That last bill, well it will sit on their books for months with NO attempt to contact the customer (not by phone, email, letter, text, smoke signal or anything) then they will report you to someone like Southwest Recovery Services. Southwest will also make absolutely no attempt to contact the customer about an outstanding debt, just report you to the credit bureaus. Want a... read more

We are in the process of determining why your payment was not drafted via AutoPay when the final bill was due. In the meantime, we have confirmed that the balance has been paid, and we have instructed the collections agency to remove any derogatory remarks reported to any credit agency.

Have tried to talk to a human since signing up and can't seem to get through to one. I have sent letters and emails that don't get answered. I have come to the conclusion that this company is a single room with no employees, just a computer that receives meter reading from ONCOR and does nothing until the day before their chosen due date when they send an email saying I haven't paid my bill. This company charged me 250 for an early cancelation fee, I did not cancel the service, the property sold and new owners switched providers... I have called the company 3x and waited on hold for hours without an answer and have sent emails with no response! Will be disputing charge with cc company. DO NOT USE THE COMPANY EVER!

Have called multiple times and have never ever been able to speak to an agent even HOURS on hold, I have emailed, left my number and even went as far as messaging them on instagram to no avail. When I paid my electric bill it took more than 5 1/2 hours to come back on. I do not mind the waiting, but never being able to reach someone is unacceptable.

I am only giving them 2 stars as they did give me the quoted price I agreed to at 1st. My contract with this company was up June 27th. I received a letter to have everything switched prior to June 27th. I switched to a new company with receipt confrimation June 24. I then was charged a higher kwh rate than even AEP charges and still from APG&E company. Upon reaching out to them, they imformed me that they continued to service me for an extra month after the contracted ended at the higher rate. I never agreed to this and of c... read more
