This company charged me 250 for an early cancelation fee, I did not cancel the service, the property sold and new owners switched providers... I have called the company 3x and waited on hold for hours without an answer and have sent emails with no response! Will be disputing charge with cc company. DO NOT USE THE COMPANY EVER!

Have called multiple times and have never ever been able to speak to an agent even HOURS on hold, I have emailed, left my number and even went as far as messaging them on instagram to no avail. When I paid my electric bill it took more than 5 1/2 hours to come back on. I do not mind the waiting, but never being able to reach someone is unacceptable.

I am only giving them 2 stars as they did give me the quoted price I agreed to at 1st. My contract with this company was up June 27th. I received a letter to have everything switched prior to June 27th. I switched to a new company with receipt confrimation June 24. I then was charged a higher kwh rate than even AEP charges and still from APG&E company. Upon reaching out to them, they imformed me that they continued to service me for an extra month after the contracted ended at the higher rate. I never agreed to this and of c... read more

If could be 1 star it would be.Prices through the roof, no customer service at all, spent 3 hours on hold and sent multiple emails, still haven't heard anything.Had auto pay on my entire contract and all of a sudden my bill is past due?What sort of operation are they running here...Absolutely will not be re-upping my contract with them.

Theyre extremely rude and inconsiderate. Thats the nicest way I can describe how I truly feel. They disconnected my service in the middle of a hot Texas day with no warning or explanation... with a house full of small children might I add. I was signed up through Energy Ogre who called to find out the issue as my balance was $0.. we were on hold for HOURS with no end in sight, so they just ended up switching me to a new provider. Worst company EVER!!!

I paid my bill online on the due date. Today a week later I reconciled my checking account and noticed my pymt had not cleared. I logged in to APG&E & my payment had not went through. They charged a $30.00 return check fee & a $12.29 late payment penalty. I called & the lady said we can return the $12.29 but it is against our policy to return the check fee. REALLY?????? I’ve been charged two $300 dollar deposits, I’ve called 4 times, once before the bill was due to get it fixed before I was charged and 3 times after being charged to get it reversed. Each time I’m told it will be taken care of or someone will call me back that can reverse it. I have not been called back and it has not been taken care of. I have now put a complaint in to the BBB in hopes that they can get this resolved with me. Zero if I can. I was misinormed about early termination charges. They are very costly compared to peers. Early termination is $1,600 compared to others about $200. Stay away. No help from customer service.
