Theyre extremely rude and inconsiderate. Thats the nicest way I can describe how I truly feel. They disconnected my service in the middle of a hot Texas day with no warning or explanation... with a house full of small children might I add. I was signed up through Energy Ogre who called to find out the issue as my balance was $0.. we were on hold for HOURS with no end in sight, so they just ended up switching me to a new provider. Worst company EVER!!!
Horrible they just ***** my electrical account from my current company and sent me random bill, unacceptable. I never contacted this company

This customer's enrollment was submitted through a third party website "Energy Bot" and complaint should be redirected to "Energy Bot" if customer is still unhappy. We are in the process of attempting to return the customer to previous electric provider.
I paid my bill online on the due date. Today a week later I reconciled my checking account and noticed my pymt had not cleared. I logged in to APG&E & my payment had not went through. They charged a $30.00 return check fee & a $12.29 late payment penalty. I called & the lady said we can return the $12.29 but it is against our policy to return the check fee. REALLY?????? I’ve been charged two $300 dollar deposits, I’ve called 4 times, once before the bill was due to get it fixed before I was charged and 3 times after being charged to get it reversed. Each time I’m told it will be taken care of or someone will call me back that can reverse it. I have not been called back and it has not been taken care of. I have now put a complaint in to the BBB in hopes that they can get this resolved with me. Zero if I can. I was misinormed about early termination charges. They are very costly compared to peers. Early termination is $1,600 compared to others about $200. Stay away. No help from customer service.

I signed up with this company online on 7/15/24. I had questions about the early termination fees and have sent like 3 emails because I can't get anyone to answer the phone! This is rediculous customer service and will be asking to get out of my contract! If you can't even get someone to answer a question that's a bad look! I should never have signed up for this kind of service!

I had a salesman come by at my store did not tell me what company he was from. I told Him that I did not want to get cheaper electricity rates. He did not show a contract, did not Identify himself and all he told me it had something to do with the meter. I received a contract in the mail for twice the amount I am paying now. I called customer service to cancel the contract but in order to do that I had to agree (not my choice) to a termination fee. Beware of these scam artists. They will more than double your electric bill in a month's time and continue to do so until you switch providers. Mine went from $300 to almost a $1000 in a month.
They registered me by phone call. Later I figured out inconsistencies like their rate is different on their web page and on the *************.com I wanted to cancel my subsriction, first call told me "You need to pay early cancelation fee" , second call told me "you don't have to" Further more the first call told me "we offer lower rate (which is not) because like we have agreement with your builder (I don't recall exact words)" then I emailed my builder. We are able to honor the 6 month rate that Mr ***** signed up for as he contacted us within his recission period and his contract has been adjust from 36 months to 6 months at his new 6 month rate. No ETF was applied because he was with his 3 day recission period. We have chatted with his broker so that they understand better Mr Duran’s rights as a customer and have also explained to our customer care team as well the proper procedure.
