Lack of intergrity and ability. Very glad I got a second opinion and someone more professional that actually was abler to do the install beautifully after Mark claimed it couldn't be done. They shattered the original oven door during their initial measuring and claimed they weren't responsible and that we would have to file a claim with RC Willey's insurance. Then lied to RC Willey and said he offered to repair. Wish he actually had done that so I didn't spend the last 5 weeks without an oven waiting for this to be resol... read more
