This is a family owned business where they treat you like a person and not a potential sale. Our sales rep was actually the son of the owner and knew everything about the appliances we were looking to purchase. All rebates were taken care of by them, no paperwork for you to fill out. The added bonus was the two demos offered where they invite you back to the showroom for a private cooking/drinking evening where you see first hand how to use your appliances and have a great 4 course meal.
I had originally gone to Appliance World to get some good information about refrigerators and then had planned to go to a "Big Box" store to buy the appliance. I quickly changed my mind as the well informed, patient and attentive staff was able to provide me with excellent information that I needed. Everyone there was extremely helpful and take pride what they do - they saved me money over PC Richards and the bundle package deal was for all the appliances I bought - not just 1 or 2 models - stop in either one of their 2 locations - you’ll be amazed - Thank you appliance world

Treated us so well when we bought our refrigerator, range, microwave, range hood and LED TV. Had the best prices, too. If that weren't enough, the salespeople were knowledgeable, friendly, professional and NICE! We had a problem with our LG refrigerator after 1 year and 3 months (just out of warranty) and Appliance World treated us amazingly well and facilitated an exchange of refrigerators!!!!
