Beautiful showroom with an enormous selection of appliances in various price ranges. They provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in the showroom. After selecting a kitchen appliance package the salesman offered discounts and rebates which reduced the price a considerable amount. We attended a convection oven usage demonstration offered by AW which was conducted at the Huntington showroom. I wish that we had found this place earlier in life! They are what appliance stores should be. They made shopping for our new kitchen quick and easy. We even had a manufacturer delay in our cook top and they provided a temporary one just so we could cook at home after construction was finished and while we waited for the issue to be resolved. All too often we are very quick to criticize the service we receive but fail to note when we receive excellent service. I recently had an issue with an extended warranty for an appliance I purchased at Appliance World (AP). My issue was not with AP but with the warranty company. I called Colleen Misa (service person at AP). She took over the issue and it is well on the way to being resolved. This was by far the best experience we have ever had in purchasing a product. From sales to delivery to installation, all were amazing. We can not say enough about Appliance World. Beautifully equipped showroom, great sales staff, extremely knowledgeable, perfect installation and great follow up. Couldn’t be more pleased.
Awesome service , bought all new Appliances for my House kitchen and laundry. Loved the cooking classes for our convection oven . First time using what we learned we made a awesome dinner . Beef Wellington and cooking with Convection was amazing . Thank you to the amazing Staff and service team .

First and foremost - a giant shout out to Brian!!! He was our Christmas miracle. We knew we would be getting a new stove and fridge after renovating our kitchen but wanted to wait until the spring to make the purchase. Two weeks before Christmas our stove went rogue and would not always work.
