We bought a suite of appliances recently from Appliance World, and our experience has been wonderful from the start. Unfortunately, the microwave we purchased had a manufacturing defect that couldn't be repaired (these things happen). Appliance World's service team (a big shout out to Colleen!) was ultra responsive from my original email outreach on, first helping me schedule the service call and, then, troubleshooting the issue with the manufacturer, who honored their warranty 100% and will replace our microwave. We had such a great time at our cooking demo last night! We learned so much about our oven and never expected to have such a fabulous meal! Victoria was so accommodating and our chef Leora was awesome! She was so cute, funny and knowledgeable. My experience with Appliance World was the best! Simeon was a pleasure to work with and made sure I got everything I needed and worked with me on pricing to be sure I was happy. I would recommend everyone to them. Excellent!

We just bought an electric wall oven and a dishwasher. The sales help was professional and informative. The install was tricky and was pulled off without a hitch as promised by Thanksgiving eve.
Appliance world is the only place I recommend for all your appliance needs! As a professional kitchen designer, I recommend all my clients to visit their showroom to assist my clients with their selections. I have always gotten great feedback regarding the sales associates professionalism and wonderful showroom. I used them for my own appliance needs as well. Great experience! Highly recommend!
