The miscommunication and mess ups from this store are abhorrent. To say that we feel taken advantage of is an understatement. Buyers beware.
The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. They only responded to my never worked one day 6000 dollar stove top when I pulled back my payment. It’s too bad. I had a whole kitchen appliances to replace and I talk to a lot of people.

Wow, thought I was the only one with similar poor experience. End of June, pre July 4th 2019 weekend I purchased from Appliance World 18,000 BTU AC. At time I inquired about the necessity for installing this unit with a mounting brace hardware outside and beneath unit knowing item weighed 125 pounds. Store personell never called me back to advise me despite fact she promised to. Originally I thought I could readily install unit myself to save on the $125 install fee.
