Where do I start?! Having our kitchen remodeling done with Alure, they recommended Appliance World. We went with AW because we were told, they work hand in hand with Alure with scheduling install dates and measurements needed for Alure. We signed the contract with Alure (another mistake) in about October. We went to AW picked out and paid in full our appliances. Lazy installer came to my house first time and told contractor to make adjustment so that he can install range hood. Same installer came the second time and said that my contractor had to make even more adjustments... WTF why didn’t he just say all the adjustments the first time. LAZY A** APPLIANCE WORLD employee!!! Appliance world did refund our money for installation but they have LAZY, INCOMPETENT and DISRESpECTFUL installers... AVOID APPLIANCE WORLD( more like HELL) at all costs!!!

The people in all the stores are easy to do business with and understand the superior customer experience . My wife and I went to Nick at the Huntington location and he is fantastic. His product knowledge and his ability to listen matched us with appliances that delighted us. Any issues we might have had, he took care of them immediately. I would highly recommend them.
