Terrible experience with Danny. Didn't clearly communicate what we needed before our refrigerator installation. The initial tech was unable to install the unit and the manager, Danny, stated it would be our cost to have them come back. He is supposedly the expert and should have been clear as to what was necessary before the installation could take place. His arrogance was terrible. Horrible customer service experience. Appliances came with missing parts- took forever and multiple appointments to get it fixed. The range and refrigerator finish didn’t match and they flat out refused to fix it . Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere - plenty of options out there

Never, ever, ever buy from appliance world! Not only do they send defective and damaged products {2x} and refuse to replace them, they have drivers that will enter your home without permission, drop appliances in your garage when they arrive 4 hours before your delivery window. We have had nothing but problems since we purchased our appliances, and will never ever buy from them again! They think it’s acceptable for us to have a brand new over repaired, rather than replace a defective appliance. We now have to go 2 weeks with... read more

These units produced by the manufacturer do come with a warranty from the manufacturer to protect against any issues that may occur. After Friday's service call we worked with Kitchen Aid to expedite the part and to extend your warranty due to the issue. Please give us a call with any further questions.

They are the worst! We purchased a dishwasher that never worked properly and all they want to do is service this appliance that always needs new parts and left me without a dishwasher for a huge party at my house instead of letting us exchange the appliance for a new working one!!! I am still battling it out with them. We paid for a new working dishwasher not a lemon! I have heard many aweful stories about this company lately. We’re not the first and I’m sure won’t be the last.

The service was absolutely terrible. My salesperson emailed me and told me that he expected the balance to be paid in cash... which I utterly disagreed with and so did the owner. They scheduled delivery 2x without showing up at all and then send a text to see how the delivery went. They put in an ice maker with door handle on the right side instead of the left... they came back 4 times with the same door. 5th time they finally got it right ( or left, shall I say) Had an issue with the installation of a sub-zero refrigerato... read more

Very disappointed!! Purchased sub-zero, wolf & bosch appliances for complete kitchen remodel. Bosch dishwasher had to be replaced immediately. Replacement is awful!! Tried all kinds of soap tabs, water arms constantly falls off, interior door panel & dishwasher not installed properly so Finish product seeps out immediately. I had Maytag for over 20 years never a problem. Appliance World refuses to correct these problems when they did the install.They maintain its out of their hands!!! I worked for the company to install the appliances and I was surprised that they do not have worker insurance when I asked for a proof of my payment. He fired me.. this company is not responsible if you have an accident that means that the responsible it will be the customer

Do not use this company. I am having the worst experience with them. 3 out of my 4 appliances I purchased from them came to me broken, or damaged and they do not do anything to help you service them. Once you pay them cash only for the product they do not want to bother with you with any problems. Their customer service is the worst ever whether it is the salesman Simeon or the manager Patrick. I also never heard of a company that does not accept credit cards.
