The communication initially was an absolute dream. However, as we approached closing... the communication was extremely lacking. There were some issues that were happening that we were unaware of which almost cost our closing date/time to be pushed back. There seemed to be decent communication between the lending company and our realtor but not with us as the customers. The loan contingency is not removed on time because the HOA document was ordered after the contingency deadline. My husband had to go to the HOA office to get the paperwork himself. We had risk of losing our condo as the seller sent notice to perform due to this fatal mistake. It caused us a lot of stress.
